		<description>I could not agree with you more Cynthia, and have taken your advice to avoid future loss.  I have experienced 3 unexpected kinds of loss - the last of which triggered heart attack symptoms which sent me to the hospital:  1) burglary to my office  2) accidental physical damage by my intern  3) mysterious crash of both external back up and hard drive.  I wasn&#039;t actually having a heart attack, but now that I&#039;ve lessened my risk of data loss, I&#039;ve lessened my risk of heart failure, too.  Thanks again for your gentle, persistent, and pointed reminders.</description>
